Naw, I feel like if it was Alzheimer’s, she’d be much more confused. I’m no expert, though.

No way in hell she has Alzheimer's at such a young age, even early onset alzheimer's usually only around 40 years old. But I am very curious as to what's going on.

What I find weird is when the classmates said 'Is someone gonna tell her?' 'No way'. If not for that I'd think it was some kind of previous relationship that ended badly that is also connected to when she said 'If you take away my beauty smarts and kindness what's left? Would you still love me?' blah blah, so yeah I'm very curious as to where this side from her comes from. Whether it be disease/accident related or from something in the past. Definitely looking forward to upcoming chapters.

It could be a PST due to mistreatment/abuse in childhood, which is why is tagged as Drama I suppose, childhood traumas shapes our characters, our fears, likes and dislikes and such

It would fit because every time I’ve seen that the girl in question is always depicted as a heartless scumbag until the mc manages to thaw her frozen heart.
