Someone ask Itou Hachi to give Master a name already; almost everyone else in this story has one. At this rate, her so far nameless editor will get a name before she does.

The editor does have a name. It's Mist.

It's rather amusing to see the increasingly precarious verbal gymnastics Itou Hachi goes through to maintain Master's lack of a name. It works fine when the only people talking to her or discussing her are her maids, who would be expected to call her Master or Mistress or whatever. But with Mist and now Stella introduced, and more and more flashbacks to when her family was alive, it seems very odd that she's never once referred to by name.
