Did they forget Saki just got stabbed?

This chapter has sealed the fact that Miyoko is a YoRHa android. Holding a huge-ass revolver in the hand that was stabbed, presumably after the adrenaline has worn off, is not something that humans should be capable of...

...unless it is a brilliant foreshadowing that Saki has been slowly turning her into a superpowered vampire thrall, or whatever it is called in this specific setting?

I just don't get it. Saki WANTS to kill her, but she doesn't. Then, people said to me she doesn't want to kill her. I dunno. I'm just racking my brains is to why Saki just doesn't kill her. Feelings for her are developed is probably the reason, yes. But still though. It's so confusing.

There's stereotypes about bickering, teasing, quarreling couples: basically, that all their arguments and so on are just the other side of the coin of their (intense) love for each other; that (verbal) fighting is just their way of flirting.

This manga plays on that idea and, in typical manga/anime-fashion, does so by doing it over the top and turning "argumentative bickering" into physically fighting each other and (non-serious) attempts of killing the love interest.
