You'd think a legally married yuri couple would be - you know - 'coupling' by now? It's kind of an odd series. They're as chaste as the Chatting by the Amber Teashop couple. They don't show the Wife and Wife couple getting it on, nor even their neighbors, but it's easy to see they do. This couple? "I wonder if she likes girls?" "She would never like someone like me." "I wish I could ask her to hold my hand." Maybe it's the young age of the younger wife?

Not sure how much time is supposed to have passed, but she was 16 when they married. And I believe she’s explicitly called a “young and sheltered” 16.

Not like Senri comes across as knowing her arse from her elbow when it comes to such things either, mind. The girl's basically your classic "nerd" and doesn't even have the benefit(?) of the Internet.

The two of them are still trying to wrap their heads around the whole cohabitation business; hanky panky is ways off and I can legit imagine it being necessary for one or more of their less clueless friends to explain at least the general principles...

Right—Senri is two years older. She’s had to be more adult than Chiru because of the family business, but she’s still rather sheltered and inexperienced in her own way.

I expect Haku-san will be able to help with some sage domestic advice about the nuts-and-bolts of the relevant procedures, once they work their way up to that level.
