To be fair, Kotori knows it's Nico's scheme and Honoka probably does, but they don't care.

By the way I always thought, in canon, Nico was more honest and loving - always glomping Maki - and Maki was aloof, dishonest, and stereotypically tsundere. But in this one, Nico's being utterly dishonest, and Maki's being all kind and honest and sweet. Which surprises me. Like it would kill Nico to say Maki's cute and she's grateful to her. Apparently it would.

I will!! BTW Nico is so great at keeping her secret, she puts it on her blog AND messages it to her friends. The same friends who got her the fat paycheck (that is still in her mind until she actually gets it - quite obviously, no one told her there was a bonus for selling out beforehand.).

I interpreted it as Nozomi's one-sided love for Eli. Like she's both envious of Eli's future lover while also wishing deep in her heart to be that Eli's future lover.

She's not aware herself that Eli loves her, too.

As far as Nozomi is concerned its definitely a one-sided love. She was basically dying of happiness while simultaniously being jealous of who would be Eli's "real" partner in the future. Even if she doesn't realize it, its obvious that the feelings are mutual.

Deliciously dense Nozomi is way much WORSE and painful compared to common PKE dense Eli.
Was this after the "Nozomi goes by herself on college searching and Eli gets mad" or the "Eli throws a tantrum at Nozomi because she went to Maki and Umi for studies instead of her"? My memory is a bit foggy someone remind me.

Also there would be no change on the artist tag? Shibasaki Shouji is now the artist not Oda Masaru.
