Uhm, yes. It felt like a buildup towards the climax, if anything, but not an ending.

Ayaka's hair is just weighed down by the weight of the world now.

^If I recall correctly the blonde genius in that manga was less infuriatingly good at eveything, and more quiet and humble than Yurine in this one.

Objectively true, however the Shiramine-type there is even more tightly wound than this one, so she finds being outdone, not just by the girlfriend-in-waiting, but the idiot trio, infuriating enough. It'd be great to see a crossover or something. Imagine the conversations Kanna and Ayaka and Yuu and Yurine could have. "They don't even TRY! or CARE!" "I keep worrying she'll have a stroke or something!"

I remember how funny the scanlator april fool thing was in Sasameki Koto were. They crudely repainted two of the girls there and made them A-chan and Fumi from Aoi Hana and they said "We're from Aoi Hana and we're better lesbians than you two are."

I would say Kiss and a White Lily has better lesbians than Sougou Tovarisch, but I actually would go the other way on Sasameki Koto vs. Aoi Hana.

Very. In case anyone reading this doesn't know, the Tiger vs. Dragon thing is an extremely common motif in Japanese literature and culture.

I hadn't read this in a loooong time and decided to start from the beginning instead of trying to figure out where I left off. I remember being annoyed at all the side couples (and a trio) taking focus off of the main characters, but now I'm happy for all the various stories. I really enjoy the bit of variety each story brings in between the main knuckleheads slowly making progress.

And I kinda want to see more of the triangle group. I usually don't like that kind of thing, but something about this one really caught me.

^also noticed that..they love the locker place..lol the difference on their expressions back then makes this so satisfying..
