Must admit, I am a sucker for elliptic storytelling such as this, although not necessarily of the contrived drama like this one.

Yeah, it's a play on "phantom pain". The girl who received the heart feels the longing for the love she can't be with, but doesn't know why.

The storytelling is so vague though, and it's hard to sort what's flashback from what's present-day and the point of view keeps shifting. It's a good idea but the execution lacks.

Wow I'm massively confused but this one

First time reading this I was just as confused as the other 3 people here. But the thing is that, this is one of those stories that make zero sense the first time you read it but eventually make more sense the more you read it. This is basically the story: Carol (Pink haired girl) and Lu (Orange haired girl) are a couple, Lu is hit by a car and killed, Carol mourns, and just like what LittelWind said, the Green haired girl was dying and she probably got some of Lu's organs transplanted into her and gained a tiny piece of her memory. I really enjoyed this though, I like how this author connected three stories together into one doujin. A dark, short and enjoyable (yet hard to follow going through the first time) story.

Nope. All the story has going emotionally is "dead lesbian" and sorry, that ain't cutting it. As a prologue for an actual story, maybe, but this is basically a joke that's half the setup and no punchline.
