Its the expressions and the blushing that make it.

Damn, I have never had an author make it to the top of my favourites this fast. Mochi is just awesome. The simple-yet-cute art, all those super-cute facial expressions, the humour, the originality, the straightforwardness, characters communicating... Almost no drama, and even when there is some, it is fairly light. Which is rather unusual, since I am far more often into things that lean heavily on the drama and angst.

As I label a global onlyhomo for my final project :3 it's not gonna be seen unless he looks at the logs in witch case it's referenced way to much and many questions will be asked.
