I kinda thought that for the female judge, but the old man, I'm guessing has a Lolita complex, so not sure how yuri will work on him.

The author constantly impresses me with his/her ability to make every character count no matter how minor. Hell, i'm even liking the male judge. I want girl to serve me food too! Not the other way around!

The tension just keeps escalating with every new chapter.

Actually she is 3rd oldest sister. Aria (5th grade) actually is 2 years older than Chikako (3rd grade). Aria is just a lot shorter and more chilldish

Of course they could play the "heavy make-up card". She find a substitution for her, so of course she has to set up a convincing front as well.

But yeah admittedly she looks very different to Kasuga/Haruhi

It is more likely that she is somehow related to Yukari (the wife). Their brief interaction at the start of chapter 6 is heavy on subtext that they know each other quite well, and other girls remark on how they have a similar presence. I wouldn't go as far as to suggest sibling rivalry, but cousins, perhaps?

Haruhi and Kasuga being body doubles is still a mystery, however.
