Kind of rushed at the last pages, but the rest was exceptionally well made.. this is why I feel like keep living just yet.

What an end. Sadly a kiss would be nice.

But we got hand holding instead. It even made Fiona feel again.

I'm not sure if they are seeing eye to eye on the emotional connection but the last chapter was pretty well done, as usual.

I too feel that the ending was abrupt. The "farewell" panel felt like a more...okay?? ending. It would have been open, but the abruptness of the actual ending kind of..unraveled the effect for me.

First chap still best for me.

I agree, there is no BANG! in the end
the ending is too... whats you called the food that has shallow flavor XD

well anyway, I even felt confused, I thought Fiona has rejected Amy for asec there..
the last chap is absurd , but its good , at least theyre happly ever after (?)

Edit: But.. well.. I guess I live in a much easier and cheerful world than them.

This is likely exactly the case. Someone who hasn't led a particularly enjoyable life is significantly more likely to grow up into someone who's overly serious or who represses their own emotions. On the one side you have Fiona who felt betrayed by Amy and who lost the one thing in her life that legitimately made her happy. On the other side you have Amy who felt guilty about abandoning Fiona and dreaded facing her because she was sure Fiona would hate her for what she did. It's kinda completely logical for neither of them to be particularly cheerful here. I'd say them being cheerful would be much more unrealistic even.

Hum... I really hope I am wrong, and I don't want to spoil the mood, but are you sure that's a "good yuri ending"?
After their finale chat, Fiona returns to her home alone:

http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#67
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#68
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#69
So why is she alone while Amy has already her luggage with her since she arranged to live with Maria?
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#41
The only explanation would be Amy went to explain the situation to Maria, but why did they not went together? And how Amy find Fiona's house later?

"I will continue facing forward."
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#69
... And only then Amy comes with an halo of light:
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#71
... Which makes me think that's just the same dream who enabled Fiona to live until now, and this won't change until the end of her life.

Again I really hope I am wrong somewhere, but I interpret that end as a very sad one (anyway, note English is not my first language).

So they got together at the end right? I love happy endings

I have re-read, and I think there is an (more or less) important time gap between
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#65
and
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#66
...as represented on top by the blank rectangles. We don't see Fiona going home directly after the discussion with Amy: Fiona has a simple basket, not a luggage.
Moreover there is a photo they have probably taken the last day:
http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/silver_gymnasium_ch03_1#69
... So, yes, it should be a happy end. I prefer that.

Ugh. That's actually plausible, particularly given the title of the chapter-- Dreaming of happiness. Damn you for astutely pointing it out.
But I am not a subtle person by nature. I'm going to choose to believe that there was a small time-skip done to maintain tension, and what we see at the end is simply what it appears to be: The two of them now co-habiting and in love, with the set-up having been skipped to keep us on tenterhooks.

It seems to lack a few pages on pixiv (only 4 out of ?). But it seems the two MCs are still together. So not a "dream".

It's just a preview. You have to buy the book. 20 pages in total.

Could've been better if this was just a tiny bit longer. The first volume was amazingly written. The second is good, but not as good. The flow & pacing don't feel as natural, the glasses x tomboy pairing is rather detached from the main story, & the resolution to Fiona & Amy's story could've been handled better & less abrupt (couple of sentences for reconciliation & time-skip happy ending after all the hanging drama, rlly? I prefer sad ending, instead... better fit with the idea of growing out of your past). Still a really nice coming of age story & one of the best read I had all year. Really appreciate the visual imageries used in this series. Very emotionally gripping.

Objectively, it was well written and well done, but I don't know, I felt nothing during the entire read. I guess after the countless dramatic and angsty works I've read or watched, I became insensible to this kind of stories. Even the end, it was neither happy nor sad; just plain, empty, hollow. Ineffective on me, it was definitely not my type of manga ; it still remains an interesting work though.
