Oh okay, thanks for the help! I'm a bit disappointed since it seems like it'd make a great name for a manga, but I suppose it being the name of a site doesn't necessarily preclude it from being the name of a manga in the future (some random mangaka, make it happen!)

Assuming it's indeed Soso Zagri, the manga Ropponmatsu posted isn't on Dynasty.

It's from one of the new series in Yuri Hime. It's called Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! (an angel has descended upon me). =]

Holding hands is not illegal. It might not be good for Mimika's heart but it didn't harm Yuzu. And Yuzu initiated it, would have been awkward and hard to explain for Mimika to pull her hand away.

IRL, certainly, Mimika should stay away. That almost-kiss showed that there is way too much risk of slipping.
As a manga, such events are there to increase suspense.
