Someone's eye got eaten in another one and this is what you're questioning? It's just that sort of "supernatural elements in otherwise 'realistic' setting" type of story.

Well actually....

The first time could be considered rape, given that A-ko specifically made it so she "couldn't hear" any words indicating her displeasure. Very literally, "I won't listen to you say no and keep going anyway". Definitely her actions in trying to get away indicate she's really not into it to start with.

The second time, with the reversal, maybe not so much because she actually did say she wanted it that way so then it's more a scene they're playing than an actual rape.

What is really interesting about this is how thanks to the reversal, they've both experienced a range of social positions in relation to each other. Dependent, captive, passive, active, dominant, confident. If they kept switching thanks to the remote (which honestly is just a gimmick and can be dispensed with), their relationship could be really dynamic.

Lot of criticisms here . . . incest, rape, weirdness . . . Taking those on board, my conclusions about the most prominent, for me, aspect of this story:
