This might just be me saying this, but lately, some one-shots don’t really feel like one-shots anymore. They feel more like the first chapter of a longer story, like there’s still so much more that could be explored. Like, for example,
Hand Holding, Kissing, and Sleepovers could have multiple chapters instead of just being one-shots.

It is my personal belief that most one-shots are actually serialization pitches that never go anywhere. I imagine most mangaka would greatly prefer to be serialized, but the magazines pick and choose, leaving a lot of series-worthy ideas behind as one-shots...

If the gloomy introvert had depression on top of that, she would have genuinely believed her existence to be a pointless waste-of-space that only causes pain and suffering to the people around her, and she would not be able to communicate effectively with Positive-chan, and she would actively sabotage her own route to a happy fulfilling life, as her own negative sense of self-worth causes her to bring tangible sadness and hurt to Positive-chan because she can't bring herself to believe in the Positive-chan who believes in her.

I'm happy that at least this story gets a happy ending :)
