I bought this in Japan last month (I did not scanlate it, though). It's so good. The art style, storyboarding, dialogue, mood, atmosphere, is all so faithful to the manga, with the added bonus of this artist actually being able to draw hands.

It's the first Kamiina Botan doujin I could find out there. More came out for Comiket 108. A couple of them yuri R18s.
