I kind of hope Mashiro goes off on Makino for not putting in the effort and gets her to grow more as a person

It's more that they just started dating; she's unsure if their feelings are the same, and Nagisa has not made many efforts to act like they're a couple. Ui wants Nagisa to initiate private time for the two of them, rather than feeling like she has to always push her. She's worried that Nagisa is treating their dating as just an extension of their friendship, with the physical stuff being without any heart to it.

Then again, having a reason to feel a way doesn't always justify all actions taken on that feeling

She then grabs her and invites her back to her apartment for the night when Ui tries to leave. That is beyond a mixed message, especially when they've already had sex, which Nagisa also enjoyed. (Ai is the new gun/firearms technology...Very powerful 'Tool' for people that actually know how to use it but basically useless for idiot/Dumb@ssses that don't know how it works and keeps trying to use it for low-level simple jobs.) It is kind of ironic too since IRL Universities even try to use AI to spot AI Essay, paper and homework 'BUT THERE IS A THING CALLED FALSE POSITIVES' (Many students getting accuse of their homework being AI despite not using it...Ironic...Using AI to try to catch AI...It goes to show that in 10-15 years from now... technology and new adaption will soon be needed as more technology evolves and improves. Kind of like facial recognition tech was pretty useless to use at airport but now much more improved and helpful to the police/law after the technology improved. In real life, I'd tell Ui to break it off. If you don't want to deal with mixed signals u gotta get with someone who knows what they want. Not clinging to scraps from someone who had fun but can't make a decision.

In manga, i can see Ui's thoughts and i just find them bothersome. I do love angst, but not miscommunication and confusion. Ui can think whatever she wants and i see her frustration as a little justified but idk. Maybe i just want to treasure female friendship too much and i see Ui not communicating she wants to be alone with Nagisa as her fault when clearly Nagisa is friend brained.
