Good news, we've managed to get ahold of some RAWs (blessed be the Kindle browsing anons) and should have a new chapter soonish!

For anyone confused why this isn't a Yamada and Kase-san chapter, this was a recent web chapter (seperate from the recent magazine issue, I'll get back to you on that when/if someone gets us some RAWs) which I'm guessing is to provide additional content for the fifth tank.

What happen to the ones you got did that source fall through?

Aikawa is the best grill

Is it even yuri, when it's between grills?

Doesn't this new chapter belong in the sequel?

EDIT: I was right:

What? That’s just the title, “Going to Tokyo and Kase-san”.

You combined two seperate quotes that are months apart. The former was about chapter 2.

hopefully this 4-koma chapter was one chapter alone, didn't liked that failed comedy attempt

Ya didn't mean to combine them. Didn't know it would do that. Was just trying to ask if something had happened. Didn't know it had only been for the single raw of chapter 2.

Nice to see Kase-san's side, where she's the one freaking out about little things, and then going all dreamy when she thinks of Yamada. Most of the series is so closely focused on Yamada, we don't get that much of Kase herself, so this is a real treat.

We also don’t usually get to see either of them interacting with other people (except Mikawacchi or Kase’s fellow club members) without the other one present or nearby. So we don’t have much sense, for example, of just how much it might take for snooty roommate Fukami to really get under Kase’s skin, or even if it’s possible for her to lose her temper at all.

UNLESS YOU MESS WITH YAMADA—THEN YOU DIE!

When did Kase get a harem?

Kase has always had a harem. She gets flooded with chocolate on Valentine's Day every year.

It's one thing to be surrounded by nameless, faceless admirers. It's another thing when they have names and faces. Hopefully this doesn't mean Takashima has run out of ideas and is going to start introducing love rivals.

What names? It’s been established since chapter 2 that Kase has fans (not always faceless—see chap. 3, p. 8, among others) and chapter 5.5 is all about why Valentine’s Day chocolate is a problem for Kase (“They even accompany me to the lockers”). Aikawa’s one-sided sports rivalry is a running joke in the omake, and if we know anything for certain at all about Inoue-senpai, it’s that she is officially NOT a romantic rival to Yamada.

As if. Anyway, this has never really been an idea-driven series (and all the better for it).

Am I the only one who looked up "Dekoyama" on Wikipedia to find out where Kase and Yamada are from, only to discover that it's completely fictional?

I'm not fan of yuri stories on established relationship. It was amusing watching them when they still not official couple. Now It's kinda boring.

I love how everyone thinks Kase-san is this cool aloof tomboy, when she's actually quite a dork and surprisingly girly!

Something’s wrong. I am a grown person with a family and a professional life and work-related things to do, and I just keep being excited about how the new volume of Kase-San is being delivered today and I’ve already read and re-read all those chapters here. Several times, in fact.

Very strange.

Its not at all strange, its all well and good that we can read something on line, but there is something more enjoyable about having something physical in your hands. I am looking forward to next month when the book comes available in the UK.

I do get the difference between the experience of reading screens and holding objects, and for some things it really matters for me, but in this case I think it's that my lizard brain has deluded itself into thinking it's getting more Kase-san.

And that's what my lizard brain wants.

So that’s why sprouts have been coming out of the top of my head when I’m stressed or excited lately—reading too much Kase-san. Explains a lot, actually.

Fortunately, I hear the cure is reading more Kase-san.

There really is something about Kase-san, isn't there? I re-read it FAR AND AWAY much more often than I re-read anything else. I've probably read it through, start to finish, about 20 times now. No other work comes close.
