The sex in the story was kinda boring as well, to address the people just going around looking for fap material. Nothing to get too excited over
The problem is a lot of people on here aren't here to fap, their here to read.
Why not both?
Also, how is lesbian rape inherently more funny than normal rape?
Let me qoute our heroine:
If this continues I might actually get tured on!

did it feel good senpai?
...it felt good
How can anyone take this seriously? Lesbian rape almost always ends up with both parties enjoying it. It's not even the case where the "victim" ends up with an everlasting mental scar. It's just porn, also no real persons are harmed, except for those who think this is serious business.
Oh no, those poor pixels! Would someone just think for a second about those poor pixels violated here?!
When it is porn just don't get invested otherwise you wind yourself up to be disappointed (or hurt).
There are some rare gems, which have actual stories that draw you in. But in general, I agree with that opinion.

Victim blaming is still an accepted tactic to avoid sexual assault/rape charges in Japan, unlike in Western nation where it is illegal
lol ok player, if you say so
You don't have to believe it for it to be true.

All hentai rape ends with both parties enjoying, to the point were most hentai sites and VNDB have tags to single out the exceptions. That still doesn't explain why lesbian rape is supposedly Lulzy. If anything, lesbian rape is usually pretty boring. Yaoi rape on the other hand, now that's hilarious. Especially with those ridiculous censors they use for the genitalia, so it looks like two dudes are dicking each other with lightsabers.
She needs new glasses, not the need to keep glaring at people...
I tried a couple of internet searches about rape in Japan. I didn't get much besides rape porn videos (PASS!!) and nothing at all about homosexual rape, but here is what I did get.
Warning, this information is not reliable!
- According to the law, it's not rape unless threats or violence are used. Take you by surprise? Not rape. Implied threats so that you're afraid to resist? Not rape.
- They don't want to pursue it if it was someone the victim knows. (They must have led them on?) And of course they don't want to pursue it if the victim was wearing revealing clothes.
- Prosecutors will drop a case unless they're sure they'll win; it would look bad on their record.
- Because of all this, very few rapes get reported in Japan and there are far more rapes than their public image says. (Though it may indeed be the case that you're less likely to be raped by a stranger.)
This info mostly came from one post and even if it was true, it may no longer be accurate, so don't assume this info is true. Though that third point would explain Japan's very high conviction rates if no prosecutor will take a case unless they're sure they'll win.
Dunno why people are like "it's porn, so who cares". I mean, we're not on fakku or anything, who the hell is casually browsing the front page with a throwaway fap material mindset?
My bad, I wasn't clear. It is actually opposite for me. I'm surprised to find genuine porn here when I look for yuri manga. Well I understand that though. You can upload here anything as long as it is yuri. Just some of those stories are something that you would never find on one of those "evil" sites, but easily on any hentai site. It is nice mixing the 2 I guess, but it is weird when I browse comments and see people going in dept and getting angry about something that is clearly just a porn.
That being said I didn't read that one, but I too well understand that there are some hentai written really well while still having lots of sex. I don't personally classify them as hentai, just yuri, because they actually doesn't feel like porn to me. I mean if I can relate to characters or they story is drawing me in, then I don't really feel turned on even when they happen to have plenty of sex too. 2 stories that comes to my mind at the moment are Sweet Little Devil and Kirei na kanojo no aishi kata.
After reading some comments, it sounded like typical "it was starting nice and then lots of sex for the sake of sex" kind of hentai. Usually when I noticed manga going into that direction I just switch to "hentai mode" and stop thinking about it too much. I don't deny it could be really good story and people are right to be disappointed, but my reaction was based on not reading it.

This is one of the few instances in a story where I'm happy the ending was a bad one.

From what I know, this is all more or less accurate. Considering Japan's rather backwards views on women, it really shouldn't be surprising.

Japan by law does not consider homosexual sex to be sex.
geez what a wasted premise

Hey man, I'd be over the moon if it really was that different in the west. If we actually cared about victims and didn't immediately jump to calling them lying temptress sluts who just want to ruin the lives of good honest menz, I'd throw you a parade. Unfortunately, pretty much everything Yuri Girl 1001 described is just as true over here as it is in Japan. It's coded differently, and we can argue about relative frequency and prevalence and all that, but if you think victim blaming isn't a problem here in the supposedly advanced, enlightened west, you aren't paying attention.

Japan being the most secure country in the world is mostly a lie. There's just a lot of things that aren't reported or turned a blind eye to. Or it's commonplace for the media to blame it mostly on foreigners (asians or not) : Japanese people don't do crimes. Gaijins do.
Japanese women have a lot to deal with. And foreign women aren't immune to sexual harassment. They are even more likely to be targeted, because, well, everyone knows they are asking for it.

I'm not saying victim blaming doesn't exist in western nations, I'm saying they actually bothered to make illegal.
Of course being 'officially' illegal doesn't mean people don't get victim blamed, I'm just saying at least the west is actually trying to do something about it or at least it's having the common fucking decency to pretend to give a shit.
Just cause it won't do shit doesn't mean Japan can't at least pretend to care, especially considering this is a country who's people consider pretending to care to be a cultural edict.
I thought the megane girl was the same of that other oneshot with a megane and her aunt
She grew up, I think
What in the heaven!

http://www.quora.com/Why-are-the-rape-statistics-for-Japan-so-low
the word is feudal. I get the feeling the only ones willing to talk about it are foreigners or exchange students who find the ordeal infuriating.
Things are improving, little by little. More and more japanese women speak up and take the issue in the open. Theses things take time. In western countries, women's rights are quite a new thing too. Only a few decades.
At least, Japan is not going backward, like some other countries.
"What?! You're not a lesbian? Hell naw you turning gay today"
And she failed. Surprising, isn't it?

I know for a fact that in the United States even if they did ALL those things. It's not rape unless penetration is involved. Literally. That's it. There HAS to be penetration for it to be consider rape/sexual assault. Basically it's nearly impossible for a guy to get raped, according to the law and lesbians simply cannot rape people (although I'm not sure whether penetration via toys counts though to be honest). How's that for reasonable?

The laws vary quite a bit in the United States; each state has it's own laws on that. Where I am, I'm not sure exactly what constitutes rape, though I'm pretty sure oral sex counts. I do know it's possible for a woman to rape a man, though not exactly common. However, any unwanted sexual contact, even (intentionally) touching someones behind constitutes sexual assault and can be prosecuted. Additionally, attempted rape is also a crime with fairly severe penalties.
Of course that doesn't mean it's always easy to get convictions. I also remember hearing of one case (not in my state) where a woman accused a star athlete of rape. After investigating the case, they ended up prosecuting the woman for false accusation.

Pretty sure this isn't true anymore. At least not for all states, sex laws differs from state to state so I guess it's possible in some states that what you say is true.

Funnily enough the U.S. Army has a pretty decent definition of rape and sexual assault. Not that it's enforced very well but on paper it's there and includes a lot.
P.S. This oneshot is a 10/10 masterpiece.
Not only is the character blind but also deaf. How the hell can you not know the difference between your friend's voice (she didn't know who they were after hearing them so she glared at them to see who it is) and a girl's voice too (the tomboy might not sound all girly but you can still tell). Also the ending kinda was disappointing.
Anyways I'm not totally disappointed, actually I'm not even mad about reading this. I expected what was going to happen (cause I read the tags) and I figured the whole plot included a blind girl that was going to get raped (title gave it away). Wasn't difficult to solve.
I solemnly feel sorry for the lot that were unprepared for this doujin.
I've read enough disappointing doujins to the point of becoming immune to them
I wasn't paying attention to the tags, and thought it was cute... then page 10 happened. sigh That'll teach me.
