Bait, Fetish, and so on are commonly over used. The words can be used well but it often turns into a whole thing where social media will be dismissive in the most reductive ways unfortunately.

@LilyBlueCat Yeah it's unfortunate. I just hope people grow to love Agott as the season progresses, as a manga reader she's one of my favorites.

Anyway, now that we're already off-topic, going through the old Hiveworks stuff made me start re-reading Go Get a Roomie!. It's yuri (and 4koma, wtf) and I'm not saying this lightly, but reading it during adolescence actually made me grow as a person.

^ Right! The first movie is a theatrical compilation of the anime, and I think the second movie will follow the same approach. They might add a few new scenes, too. If I remember correctly, they did something similar with Bocchi the Rock, not major additions, but small extra moments and montage-style scenes rather than full new content.

Sorry I should say I don’t mean that it’s bad for you to ask questions, only that at least in my opinion it’s best to take those things with a grain of salt on social media. There are a lot of people out there that throw words like those around, and unfortunately it makes some people avoid media they might actually love. Been a while since i read the first volumes, but. While Agott does start off rough (genuinely well written as a kid trying to weaponize ingroup knowedge against a newcomer) I just… it feels like the writings on the wall so early that this is A Petty Grudge To Be Outgrown type of thing that i struggle to give benefit of the doubt to people outright hating her. Idk, the power of mean girls shines within you

^Fully Agreed. I got to Owl House a bit late and after watching it I heard when it was first coming out people hated Amity for a bit. I found that interesting because I never hated her, I figured like Agott here she just had some growing to do lol
