While I do believe that Mamu already knows the truth, I could just as easily believe that she's so in-tuned in terms of combat that she notices things like the way people move as second nature, and it's nothing special that she'd recognize how Fujiyama runs.

Why need be popular when she had all.of them?

There aren't a lot of ways authors tend to take that wall premise, so I appreciate that the author went with the under-explored body-horror angle

As someone who grew up in Rhode Island it is funny to see there is yet another regional tradition that has become big in Japan (and, yes, as a kid, I drank it pretty regularly). My understanding is that in Japan it's commonly made by mixing coffee extract and a lot of sugar in with milk. In RI it's about the same way, but the extract-and-sugar is usually a single ingredient.

I don't know what Mamu's home situation looks like but I need her mom to get up to some hijinx with Sexy Fujiyama

I assume Mamu lives alone despite having a caring mother simply because it's a requirement of magical girls not because of drama or family issues.

...Also, Mamu's mom has totally got it going on.

I wasn't sure how to feel about yet another character getting added to the mix but Mamu's mother won me over in those last pages. (While I vaguely wonder about the father now, if it wasn't actually addressed in a throwaway line, I assume that won't be any hindrance to some MILF action.)

That was everything I wanted out of her mother and more. Unexpectedly perfect.

Ah, simply beautiful...Fujiyama's hurt but also changed for the better, and she even got appreciated by her idol heroine!

Also It's great that her flesh is considered a positive asset from Mamu's mom. Don't see this kind of appreciation often.

And the secret's out in the end? Of course you wouldn't be able to fool a veteran magical Girl!
