I will state just one quote to display what MC/Ruruna was probably feeling when she was the only vampire to attend the so-calling 'group' meeting.

Pure love dovely 1v1 yuri is great but harem yuri is also great as well....Each people has their own taste, I am fine with either option as long as the writer does it well in the end. The issue with Yuri harem is having to need more time, pages and effort in balancing character development and character interaction along with the issue of the author tackling possibly jealous factor (optional problem conflict) when dealing with harem type stories.
