I'd recommend starting a new forum post for the futa topic, since it can get very involved and there's a lot of different views and opinions on the subject. That way it'll be a smoother conversation for people wanting to discuss it, especially since right now it'll be an easy switch over before the conversation becomes more involved, and if mods come in to remind people to stay on topic with the art the conversation would need to get moved anyways.

Also, I am honest. There is nothing more infuriating than being psychoanalyzed by someone who won't take your statements at face value, and who can't have a reasonable discussion without calling people names. My original post made it clear that I didn't have a problem with the yuri tag because the character coded as feminine. And I meant it.

As I said in my previous edit, in case you didn't see it, I apologize if you felt I was being antagonistic toward you. I only pointed out the "NB lesbian" issue because this is supposed to be a yuri site, and it is understandable that some people might not consider "NB" yuri.

As far as what I think about NB people, I admit I don't completely understand it. If you'd like to clear something up, rather than just calling it "complex gender dynamics", feel free. I imagine you'll balk at that, in which case I'll ask that you simply speak respectfully. I understand if you've had bad experiences online before and I'm honesly not trying to antagonize.

But when I tell you about what other people think, it's because it's the truth. I've engaged a lot of people on this issue, respectfully, and I expect the same in return. Like skelly85 did. That's how people expect to be talked to on this site, not to simply toss around flippant insults.

I can definitely relate; I think you menioned Yuru Yuri and the way Akari is always getting treated like crap, which is a central joke of the show. Sometimes I can detach and laugh at it, and other times I feel sorry for her and want her to get a win. But I definitely find it easier to detach these days, at least for comedy.

Hello, Dynasty is run by only a handful of staff and now a bunch of regular uploaders, so tags will be inconsistent a lot of times but we do try to correct them when we find it and as time moves on and things change. Images are mostly staff-side with Dpf at the helm. yuri and subtext will continue to be a hot debate for years to come and as more uploaders are granted privilege they may have their own ideas, staff will still be around to try to shape the final result in the manner we deem appropriate.

As for this, I'm not the uploader of the image nor was I the one to tag it yuri or not for the other Mizuki pairings.
Tagging on Dynasty is to mainly help with searching. It's not to help provide anyone in real life with labels. You'll have NB people calling themselves lesbian/gay and others who will not label themselves as such. There is no hard definition as everyone has their own circumstances. In the end here we have to settle on something for the tags and we strive to have it make sense for the communities involved and to also help with searching of course.

@eromancer Look man, perhaps in your confusion you're not realizing it, but the manner of writing you wrote your initial posts came off not as confusion but as with some authority. Perhaps you meant it, perhaps you didn't. I'm going to tell you that I was irked all the same. If you intend on engaging for the intent of clarification or further context, I would say you should ask a question rather than providing further statements. This is why you were called being a "cis fuck" which, while of course rude and something we don't want to be proliferating on here too much either, was something you walked into without knowing by appearing to be another cishet guy in the world trying to talk in place of the minorities (I am also cishet, if that means anything).
Also as a side note yes, there are going to be people who embrace certain minority groups and exclude others with prejudice, even if they are also part of an endangered minority group themselves. It's an unfortunate fact of the world we live in.
