As much as I enjoy this series, it is funny to me how this and a couple other art pieces contain more yuri than a majority of the manga so far.

I wouldn’t pin it on just one person. Comics take a team to make.

Besides, every issue has to be approved by SEGA before it’s distributed, it’s why we don’t have a Sonic Universe equivalent SEGA doesn’t have enough review staff. SEGA has the reins much tighter this time around.

Also I can confidently say its more that just one writer, some of the artists are fans too.

As much as I am a fan as well SEGA won’t allow it. Not out of animosity or anything I just think they don’t want to commit to romantically pairing any characters.
