I don't think she counts. Dr. MEI made the Kaslana bloodline to endure thousands of generations without changes, which is why all the Kaslanas have white hair and blue eyes. Bianka doesn't have white hair because of deliberate effort on Otto's part.
And neither mom has "Kaslana" as a last name, so the little baby isn't a Kaslana in any sense.
