I don't know how to quote on this website, so I will just say that I am extremely happy that I CAN understand what Okouchi was writing for these two, although you'd have to be extremely dense not to pick up on the longing gazes, the constant physical contact, how every single song on the OST is talking about how desperately these two need each other, etc.... That only leaves why Eddie is giving her a ride to school. Is the Eddie in this universe still so obsessed with her grades and performance that when she realized the teacher was late she rushed over to wake her?

just to add onto this comment section, the guy doing the shitty TLs that were machine translation edits and tried to claim this panel wasn't gay, DetectiveAme, admitted a while back that they intentionally changed their "translation" from the original. They truly are the actual worst.
