I'm full aware of that and i'm perfectly okay with it. I have honestly no problem with Futa being an exclusive H tag since it's the best compromise between Yuri and Het. I always welcome a not totally H Futa manga.

Well I'm not saying it should just be porn. Rather my curiosity is lit to how one can make it work without doing it. If it wasn't such a 100% ecchi fanservice manga it might actually have tried to explore how a girl copes with such a thing (especially an idol) and how she controls the usual substantial libido increase etc.

The inherent issue with stories based around genitalia is that the topic is just not very clean anyway, so you tread a fine line.

Well in a purely biological sense (aside from the rearrangement of organs), having both sexes in one increases flexibility of the species. Being able to both impregnate and conceive is a rare, but useful trait. Especially for humans who are more capable of using such skills in a controlled way. Other than that, I just think it's quite nice to have both options.
