Still waiting to figure out what to do with that. Also, there are a number of chapters of Collectors (basically, all the .5s) credited as coming from Rakuen issues, though they were published as web extras. Not exactly a huge issue, though it makes it hard to figure out what was in any given issue of Rakuen.

Are you using Mega's official addon? I know that on Firefox at least it basically locally caches everything that it can which results in the url looking like that.

No, I am not. Best guess is that the scanlator/requester used that link and I copy-pasted without thinking.

No, the actual issue is that the link changed when you downloaded it because of how mega works (mostly magic according to inside sources, magic and flash) that it downloads the file into cache before serving you with the link to your cache to act as a ddl link, you accidentally copied that link from the mega page that had already cached the data and was directing your browser to where it was on your system rather than the general link from the scanlators site.

I've noticed that 'Blacklisted Tags' don't seem to work with the 'Random Chapter' feature. That would be a nice addition.
Also, the ability to blacklist specific manga titles too.

Oh, it does this even without the addon? I haven't made much use of Mega since removing the addon so I didn't realize. (I removed it in the first place because of the exact issue we were discussing here actually, lol.)

  Spoiler Post would be "collapsed" by default, with a button to expand it. Maybe an option when you write it, or maybe just apply it to any post with spoilers in text.

Just a proper multi-line spoiler block would be great, e.g.

It would be rendered as a show/hide button and can be used for hiding images, huge quote blocks, walls of texts, etc.
The whole spoiler block could as well be named (optional). The name is always visible before the spoiler show/hide button and can be used to describe in a couple of words what's behind the spoiler.

A way to link specific posts without having to look at the page's source would also be useful. The links actually do exist internally (for example this links to Nezchan's post above: http://dynasty-scans.com/forum/topics/5734-suggestions-for-improvement-v3?page=3#forum_post_68995 ) but other than the forum links linking to the newest unread post, there's no other way to access those links normally.

Chapter linking for this from chapter 1 to chapter 2 is broken.
