Every time I see this come up, I end up wondering whether or not this is illegal. In the US, I think the there was a federal law defining "virtual child pornography" as a form of child pornography, but it was only on the books for a few years before the Supreme Court voided it in Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition, since the point of anti-child porn laws is to protect actual children from abuse. But then there are competing cases in different circuits about a different law that did much the same thing. And on top of that, it might still be considered obscene, and thus be illegal to distribute or sell under state laws, but mere possession of obscene material cannot be criminalized.

And of course, by researching this, I probably am not doing myself any favors if anyone's keeping notes on search history. But sometimes you just need to know.

In Spain anti child pornography laws include those of real people that, even if they are adults, try to appear 16 or more young and realistic drawings. This doesn't includes manga for obiously reasons (even if I'm not so sure about thertains mangakas...), but mostly of 3D drawings and other realistic things are banned and you'll be in a dangerous place if you have something like that in your PC.

In another note I hate lolicon, but the second picture of this is so damm hot if I cover the loli with my hand that I don't care in this case (I literally made that xD just the face and the adult).

I'm pretty sure no one was ever suited for this, so it's safe to assume it's legal in US

Before the morality patrol comes into action I just want to say that manga works are works of fiction. There's no real people involved, it doesn't promote anything, it may help as a cathartic and FURRY GIRLS AREN'T REAL. If you wanna apply real world rules to ti works of fiction then you probably shouldn't be on the internet at all
