That's the funny thing about FE3H- people criticize it for giving each house a happy ending in which they create perfect societies, because that's definitely not the way war works, but it serves as a great demonstration of how history gets penned by the winners.

If your wood floor is giving you splinters, I strongly encourage you to get your floor fixed/polished. That's not normal in the slightest. Also these two are constantly getting combat injuries, I doubt a little soreness/pain from floor sex would even phase them.
