It's entirely possible that this is actually more akin to roleplay, since Pudding Senpai is still hanging around Prince at the end, but it just doesn't come across that way. MC was pretty great in general and it was cute seeing her come down with the gayness, but then you realize she did almost nothing to help her friend who was being molested and suddenly even that is ruined.

Maybe I've been watching too many true crime murder shows lately, but when people stand by and do nothing when bad things are happening, it's the worst.

I think the drawings of the characters are quite good but a lot of panels just seem too busy? With that much dialogue and background design it's hard to know where to look when reading each panel and it takes some time to decipher it.
