Nao has it bad for Aoi. And I really do think Aoi is starting to shift gear towards Nao, but I sense there will be a lot of miscommunication between the two in the subsequent chapters.

I have so much empathy for Nao. SO MUCH empathy.

As far as I know there are only two chapters out, so the translation is fully caught up. No idea when the next one will be.

Next chapter will be in September's issue of Yurihime. I believe it's in regular serialisation, but that still means it'll be two months between chapters.

I don't get the feeling that Chihiro is in love with Aoi, more that she's possessive/jealous and wants to keep Aoi pining for her than let someone else have her.

I mean, Nao figured out pretty much instantly that Aoi was in love with Chihiro, and if they've really known each other that long then Chihiro definitely knows as well and she never acted on that. So I think it's more of the "I don't want anyone else to be close to her" than "I'm in love with her and want to be the one to be with her" kind of thing.
