Considering the time this takes place, though... It's right after Yuu finally fell for Touko as well and she's doing her best to behave as if she has no feelings for her. You misspelled “reversal.”

As indicated by Yuu’s “I’m not upset or anything” after Youko’s apology for losing control, this was just like every other instance in the actual series of Touko pushing boundaries and Yuu ultimately being fine with it.
