The Spring weather in New Jersey is bipolar. It fluctuates between "OMG! It's so hot! My whole body is sweating all the time!" and "OMG! It's so cold! I'm dressed up in all these layers, and I'm still shivering! And why is the wind so mean to my face!" :(
