Would Yang and Blake really forbid Weiss and Ruby from "flirting" in their room? Plus they interrupted them right after the two managed to make up. Kind of a dick move. Like establishing boundaries and a "schedule", that I'd understand, but just saying "do that outside", like they're house pets or something, especially when one of them is your sister... I get that this was a joke, but still... Ouch.

If this bickering pair kept arguing, making up and then making out right under your bed and all over your room... You probably would also kick them out to cool off.
If they felt especially nice they might have waited till they finished, but come on. It's implied that Yang and Blake are also dating and it doesn't seem like they are bothering the other two either.
