In the last episode, after being all day waiting/looking for Anne, when they are finally reunited, they are outdoors and it's sunset, next scene, they are indoors (in Grea's room, if I can assume by the window's pattern), in the morning, with Anne adjusting her dress and Grea in a nightshirt. I think we all know what that means.

There's a silhouette of them kissing in the title scene and their relationship clearly shows them relying on each other to stay alive and happy. It's yuri.

Some (like our BugDevil here) just go for the pessimistic approach (sometimes going as far as to say it didn't even happen);
It's subjective I suppose, you shall see it the way your heart desires.
As for me (even being a pessimist myself), regardless of what they did in that sleepover, the sleepover did happen, and that's enough (actually isn't) for me.

^^ What's funny is that Chika knows Hayasaka at school, by name, but doesn't associate her with Kaguya, and somehow doesn't notice a link between her and the guy at Kaguya's house. What I love is that Chika is so chaotic and disruptive that the controlling Hayasaka sees her as the #1 adversary, but of course Chika loves Hayasaka.

The ending of this one was a big disappointment, imo. JJ. just wakes up in a pool of blood, apparently saved by a freaking defibrillator, as if that magically puts blood back in your veins, and hey! Emily's there all of a sudden! And then the paramedic just leaves. They leave the person who just tried to kill themselves in a pool of their own blood, like "my job here is done." Heck no it isn't!

A very simple way to improve the ending would have been them briefly flashing to the paramedics finding her where she tried to kill herself, Emily arriving as she's carted off to an ambulance. Then skip to her waking up in a hospital bed, with Emily there with her. Easy peasy, less ridiculous ending.

Well call me a pessimist then, but I am just going by the theme and approach the show takes. They most certainly didn't have sex, because their relationship is absolutely not at that point in the show and afterwards still didn't seem to have gone there (potential season 2 could work that out).
As for the sleepover having happened... It's possible. Not likely though. Anne was in Grea's room, sure, but she might as well have visited her before leaving and just adjusted her clothes before she went off. Remember, Anne bought two sets of bear pajamas for their sleepover, so why was Grea in her night gown?
The only thing we can conclusively take from that scene is that Anne is finally allowed to visit Grea's room. Which makes sense considering they will live together soon.

^Well the butler is Haysaca. Totally different. Cuddlebuns is chaos incarnate and a danger for anyone. Which is why we love her.

^iunno, considering that term is derived from a word (knecht) meaning "servant"... which is something of a peculiarity of English, as in virtually every other European language it's derived from "horseman/rider" (chevalier/caballero/Ritter etc.) instead.

I'll summarize it for you, since I don't feel like putting in the effort to translate H doujins:

It's a continuation of the episode where Anne and Grea found an aphrodisiac. Anne was wondering if she could create one that works on the same sex. Grea came in just as she finished and an embarrassed Anne dumped the mix into her tea instead of the beaker. Anne drinks it and realizes her mistake. She tells Grea and Grea agrees to help...

Afterwards Anne apologizes profusely but Grea isn't angry. Anne is sad that she never got her feelings across, and tells Grea to forget it just as she was about to confess. But Grea is quite understanding and says there's always next time. Anne is really confused what Grea means by next time.
