There's no problem in and of itself.
It's just that they won't "get old together". One of them is going to "leave" earlier than the other. 30 years age gap, means one will be 50 when the other will be 80 (so probably not in really good health).
It will be hard on both of them, even if there's true love.
I think something like around 20 years age gap is a maximum before it becomes problematic when they get much older.
After 70, health often takes a bleak turn.
