Edit: the problem would be, how can readers enjoy that sort of story. Maybe it will be a plot of revenge somehow? Maybe the yandere has real reason to carry out her revenge. Her parents were horribly murdered and she is disfigured by the innocent girl's parent? Maybe originally the yandere was planning some worse revenge plot, but love-at-the-first-sight on her sworn enemy's daughter turned it into a twisted mind-breaking plot. So she can take revenge, make the innocent girl hers?
