@Chantelune: Try to imagine being Yuzumori, and abruptly the girl you cherished most in the world suddenly tell you:"You have to stay with your friends and we must stop seeing each other", knowing her ( and loving her) for being clumsy and a little stupid trying to be an adult calm and composed and even cold toward you without warning, and practically being the same as the others who abandoned you before ( your parents among others), not only abandoned but betrayed you.
For adding another hit she tells you that your "friends" visited her at home because they were worried for you ( and you know that nobody is worried about you among them).
Are you sure the first thing that will occur to your mind would be explanation words and not "Mimika you're the same, I trusted you and you're saying bullshits and these bullshits are as clear as the sky".
I don't think that the person to blame in this case should be Yuzumori, we are asking to a child to be more adult than a presumed adult, and once again solve the mess done by Mimika.
This is really too much, it's the umpteenth idiotic behavior of Mimika that once again mistake everything and hurtYuzumori in a way that can't even be explained, she deserve to suffer this time, because she decided to believe to the lies of Ririha, and don't even make the pale attempt to ask Yuzumori for an explanation.
This time I'm really upset for the cliched and stupid unnecessary drama, because it's poorly written and lack totally of logic.
Meh, the only thing I can say is that at least this is less idiotic of Cytrus, but just because Cytrus is by far the most idiotic story I've read until now.

Kinda expect a kid to have an outburst along the lines of "but she's not my friend, she even threathened me !" I mean, that other girl specifically threathened Kaede to "steal everything from her", then she suddenly appear in the room of her girlfriend and just after she left, said girlfriend suddenly wants to stop seeing her so she spend more time with her so called friend ? I'd expect a dumb/shy kid to go along with it without saying a thing, but Kaede is supposed to be both smart and mature.

And I agree, but we can't always pretend that only Kaede is able to see the right path, while the "adult" Mimika do every time something worst than the previous mess she did.
Even Kaede must have a break point, and I think Mimika hit it, and it was really egoistic of her to do that because in her mind it was the best for her "beloved" Yuzumori san, without asking her anything directly.
It's for this reason that this was a really unnecessary and poorly written drama.
I mean as you correctly wrote they were talking about everything, and suddenly, just because Ririha said those things, Mimika flipped out without the faintest suspect? That's absurd, and illogic, even for the dumb type character as Mimika is portrayed at this point.
I mean you heard your girlfriend said that she don't have friend, suddenly appear someone who say that she's one of her best friend and you believe in her lies and don't ask to your partner if that's true? What kind of love is that? What kind of trust? She hurt Kaede really bad, and the thing is she didn't even understand that, because she was totally absorbed in the Big Systerly type role.
She's thinking that Kaede is having a tantrum, while instead she did something really horrible, and believe she's the only one who's suffering for that.
I don't know how this thing will be solved, but one thing I know for sure, Mimika don't deserve Kaede at all, of course that's my opinion. :)

Things are taking a pretty interesting turn. I put my faith in Ejima Eri, up until now she has never disappointed once, so I'm pretty confident about how the issues will eventually be solved.

Well, I won't blame people feeling betrayed by the sudden appearing of angst, I like it but it wasn't in the tags. However, even before the sudden appearance of the manipulative psychopath, there were some hints that it wasn't going to be a happy ride all the way. Maybe it could've been best if it came only from inner conflicts and didn't turn to soul-shattering manipulation or something, but I guess I also like angsty stuff

Really liked this, it treated lolicon in some sort of self-aware aspect with funny stuff. And the way Mimika falls/reacts to Yuzu remind me of how.. well Yuzu reacts and falls for Mei in their sweet moments, nice Citrus vibes. Can't wait to see how it plays out!

honestly like this sort of angst is fairly typical and i think that's why i hate it? like age gap navigating of a relationship like this had where the older partner is trying to be good and the younger partner isn't characterized as like really eager to make out and have sex despite being like 9 is stuff that's really interesting. "third party sabotages relationship by lying to one of the members of that relationship" in contrast isn't anything new. at least not unique enough to be worth the time its taking up

Yeah I guess I don't mind if a story does not innovate the complete genre every time. I'm exaggerating, of course, but the same goes with the hate. Depends on the expectations, probably, but I don't get the need to bash it.

Is it really taking that long? It's been only 2 or 3 chapters? Ah, maybe the frustration also comes hard when you're up to date and have to wait several weeks; I've just binge it recently. I'm just venting myself, anyway, don't mind me too much.

It's been building up to it ever since the other loli made her entrance to the stage, plus God knows how many chapters this will drag on
In many stories the reward for going through this kind of arc is simply a return to the status quo, even if they say "we're closer than ever!" they don't usually show any difference, so really unless this arc has an lasting impact of some sort it'll be a waste of ink and trees

It's an opportunity to learn more about the characters themselves - why does the psychopath loli does what she does, why Yuzu feels alone, why she left her friend behind. But we also get to see more of how the character reacts in somewhat different situations, something less happy-go-lucky.

It's never a waste. Perhaps it could have been handled differently, but I like it this way so more luck for me, I guess.

This make me remember how my brother keep insist me on wait for whole series to come out before read. Because if I get hangup like this one. It wasting much time on how my heart sink to sadness ,wait for new chapter before I can recovery.

That's some interesting point. Of course all the cliffhangers people love to hate are here to keep you hooked to the story to buy the stuff later, I'm not sure how it compares to TV series though. In many series I've started late, I read forums and there's always people whining about stuff that gets resolved in a good way later (or make more sense when you look at it globally); but they end up being frustrated and dropping the story before they can see the resolution because of the time it takes for the story to get published.

I guess the blame could also be attributed for the author, not taking into consideration the time factor of the publishing.

I can see it now, this being the series conclusion, it would actually be pretty funny. Ejima ruthlessly crushing the hopes and dreams her fellow followers! Yuzumori-san, the manga said to break away from cliches and was hailed as a great game changing Yuri manga, ending with our beloved main characters breaking up and never getting back together!
