I hope there's more to this. I really need to pay attention to tags. Fucking sad.

If this doujin was fleshed out into a full-on series then this would make a really good tragic ending. But it's still good nevertheless. I really like this author.

Don't we yuri fans suffer a lot of lesbian "deaths" in our series?! Why did we have to have another one?! (TT~~TT)

I would add Depressing as fuck or tragedy since the virtual girl literally died.

Edit: I say 'die' considering she had an artificial inteligence, was an AI able to fall in love and have feelings like any human would. And since the server shut down all data was probably deleted so she banished (a.k.a. died).

The one thing I don't understand is why Kanata claimed she wasn't real. Aside from that, excellently done - I didn't see the twist coming, but it's otherwise completely consistent with everything before.
