Just like dawoon when she decided to move away... Both sungji and seju, one of them needs to get away from sumin

I agree with you about this, the words Dawoon has said are repeated again like this so now one of them stay friend with the ending couple is just ridiculous when both of them really really love Sumin. One of them has to go away at the end of the story. One of them has to cut all ties and leave.

That Sungji is showing signs of fighting Seju till the end, aka she wont let go and to declare what is hers for the world to see :). There are two things that Sungji recognizes this chap:

  • One, Seju and Sumin are way closer than she thought they are, and how much Sumin worries for Seju, this one is happening since last chap from the phone call to now, Sumin's confession about birthday thing :)

If both are stubborn and refuse to let go... I don't see an end is coming... Lmao

Will sumin make a decision to end the things?

I vote for seju to leave. She needs to learn to live without Sumin. The other two girls can function fine on their own, can't say the same for seju. Only when she realizes that life without Sumin does not equate death, then she is truly healed.

She already did though. She returned almost everything to Seju and told her that she wanted to end their relationship. Yea, Sumin could not completely let go and hypocritically hang on to the house, but regardlessly she had made an effort to end their relationship. Baby step.

Right now, I don't know if WDTFS is an interpretable story or a product of bad writing. imo, we resort to analyzing every chapter because there is no definitive protagonist and the characters rarely got pov scenes. sh*t this manhwa's story is all about human emotions, we should spend our time relating to the characters while reading it and not analyze it.

there is too much loose ends to the story that it's almost unacceptable to end the manhwa in the next chapter. I think TG will fast forward everything. hopefully though we won't get an open ending because that would totally suck.

I'm voting for this not because I'm convince that Sumin can really live without Seju. I actually wanna see if Sumin could "function" well without her. When everything reminds her is Seju. She has stated that she's taking Sungji for granted when I think the one she's taking for granted(also) is Seju because her presence is just there. Just take for example what happened in chapter 83. Tho it's guilt that plays most of the part but I still think their dependency to each other is mutual.

That is if we still have few chapters to spare.

Yep, after the cheating we can see sumin's effort for sungji. She almost always obey sungji's wish. From wearing couple things, pet name, kissing, etc, sumin always grant it, ONLY ONE thing Sumin doesn't give in to sungji, and it's one of sumin's wish. (And maybe the idea of living together, think again... I would be really angry if I was sungji... she let her ex stay in her home... but refuse her gf to moving in....lmao)

THIS "sumin wish" is that she can going out (dating) with sungji while still hanging out/stay connected with seju. In this new episode and previous episodes we can see this bother sungji hella a lot. If ever Sungji forcefully against the relationship between seju and sumin, sumin needs to decide.

Sungji doesn't force it.. because her inferiority think sumin won't let go seju still....

TG has the art of giving both side in a stalemate.... if ever sumin ends up with sungji.... this means wdtfs get prolonged for too long for profit. Because we are crystal clear and ready to get blonde team as the end couple for awhile now.

And this is why... I am still wondering if seju x sumin is the real end couple since it is dragged for too long..... TG just end this now.

Yeah I'm confused alright, as to why there were 3 drunk lesbians in one single room, and there wasn't even a threesome. I thought this manwha was about sexual healing and stuff...

agree with Vanbun
it does seem like sumin x sungji is an end game..
well sumin seem to be a winner no matter who she end up with?

can the TG change to seju x sungji? ..it seem like seju need more healing then sumin

I am truly amazed by all of you XD.. y'all overthink too :D

in addition to what was already mentioned, this chapter Sumin said: "I like you." NOT " I love you".

Take a look at ch41:

  • Sungji hides her frustration
  • Guilty Sumin
  • Sungji who would ask for one more assurance "I like you", and nothing direct.
  • Sumin who would avoid sex at first "I don't know if she will still avoid it next chapter too"

where is this going? well.. I quote Foxy lady "I think we are coming into a loop and this time... the same events but different.."

  • will this time Sumin answer Sungji's questions directly or prefer her to go ask Nammi instead, ch46 ?.. because clearly, Sungji has a lot more to understand

Still find it very endearing that in this chap Seju called Sumin Suminie even though Sumin still called Seju by her full name Baek Seju :)). I really love this intimate name calling in Korean, lolll, I dont know why, my username is inspired by it tbh, yoonie =))))))), so I really love it when I see Seju calls Sumin Suminie, lolll.

I want to correct this a little bit. In the raw ver, its not "I like you",hmmm, how can I explain this situation, Sungji said that she likes to see, to kiss Sumin, after hearing those words, Sumin went to kiss Sungji instead, but Sungji pulled back and asked Sumin to say it, its not "I like you" in this context, its "I like it, too", Sungji is asking Sumin to say that she also like to see, to kiss her too. Honestly, in this context, what I understand is Sumin is saying she likes to see, to kiss Sungji too, maybe the translation should be this "Yes, I like it also". Not "I love you" nor "I like you"

I might be wrong and we need to wait for the official translation for this. The problem is the lack of pronouns again in those sentences :)

ah, official translation !! I still get a heartburn from ch83 officials.. but yeah, the meaning you explained makes a great sense as well.

however, in the last one though Sumin said: "I like you Sungji-ssi". so she meant Sungji and probably Sungji meant "say I like you"

The first one, I believe its "I like it".
The last two are quite tricky, I'm not so sure myself. Worst part would be the dot between the "I like" and Sungji's name, lol. We can understand the last two sentences like this "I like it" "I like it. Sungji-ssi" or like this "I like you" "I like you. Sungji-ssi". Both of them are right, lollllllll. However , hm, I still think its the first one which is right. With SuminxSungji's deep relationship, only "I like you" is not strong enough, especially in this kind of honest confession, it should be "I love you" "사랑해요". Thus, I lean more on the first option than the second one.

The moving in part - I think sungi was giving sumin a gentle push to move out because she knew it was seju's house. She did not really mean to move in. I had a feeling that sungi would not mind if sumin did not want to live together yet, but she would be uneasy if sumin did not move out of there.

this is that too, Sungji is also drunk.. has conflicted feelings and so has Sumin. This is very much a reminder of the scene in ch41 (if you read it side to side with this chapter, it feels like both of them are back to that square). This again makes me think Sungji wanted Sumin to assure her same way in that chapter. And well, Sumin wouldn't say I love you unless her hand is busy somewhere XD

very interesting!.. never thought of it this way.

In Japanese you have shiteru and ski. Both mean love but shiteru is more formal and official than ski which can be used as "like" too. The context is what's more important. Isn't it the same in Korean? I know Chinese has similar system where ai is more formal and xi is more informal and can be used for both like and love.

Did I read right or Sumin said she wanted to celebrate on Sejus actual birthday?

No, it seems that Sungji is the one who said that,
Sungji: I wanted to celebrate her birthday on the day, I thought it was something that CEO-Nim needed the most then.
Sumin: ...
Sumin: you are right Sungji <- Sumin is agreeing with what Sungji said about Seju's birthday

I quote: "Bringing Baek Seju to our home to live together, I thought if it's Sungji-ssi she would accept so I asked for it... " (let me cut here, I'm on mobile so I really don't want to write more of this long quote). She literally said "our home" as Sumin and Sungji's home.

First, yes, Sumin used "our house"

Second, one of the things you should know about Korean, they use "our" alot to represent "my". For example, a wife when mentioning her husband might use "our husband", it's meant to be "my husband". a person talking about her/his boss to a non co-worker might use "our" boss. Basically, in Korean, they might use "our" for a more endearing way to address sth they own or close to them. When they're close to one person, they might called them this "our" Sungji, "our" Seju, "our" Sumin. Sumin once called Sungji like that: "our" Sungji, this case, its meant "my Sungji", not "our", but its more endearing to Koreans.

So, sorry, in this case, its not SuminxSungji's house, nor SejuxSumin's house, it's just Sumin's house one and only. The translation has translated too literal. Don't jump to SejuxSumin's house or SungjixSumin's house, lolllll
