Completely forgot about that somehow. Got me thinking again, aren't they distant cousins? Kotone's rich as hell while Shizuku's probably the least well to do of the main cast; I get that wealth doesn't have to be shared, but Kotone's family even does arranged marriage so I'd figure even the spouse's side would be well off.

I have an older sister (and I'm a lesbian) and I still like reading yuri incest (as long as everything is consensual of course). They're just fictional stories after all. I think it's just more about taste than whether a person have siblings or not.
