The manga/anime is still low key trash, but I love Nishina so much. The introduction of her character itself is like, the most troll thing I've ever heard happen in a reverse harem. The girl is the first to score a kiss with the main girl lmao
If anyone wants to see the scene, it's ep 4, around 20:36. The context is that both girls are making the guys pair up and pose for pictures, for drawing references. Kae gives Nishina a lap pillow as an example, and Nishina "makes a move"
Tbh I was planning on only watching this scene/episode, but I'm probably gonna continue to see more of Nishina animated, she's fucking kakkoi, I swoon and fangirl when I see her
But yeah, nothing else to expect from this anime, they dismiss it pretty easily (pass it off as a joke >_>), not to mention that the kiss scene had the most eerie/"OH NO"/"OH FUCK" music playing in the back ever

MC is a bit more of a prick in this ep, but watching him have a mental breakdown when Sarai came looking for him was a joy to see. That aside, Myu being concerned for Chi (almost on a level of someone worrying about their significant other) was great to see, and it doesn't look like the anime is trying to pair the former with the MC (also even if Chi is unfortunately dead, Myu x Chi fanfics are still valid, because the "demon" following Aria is a ghost - meaning the afterlife exists). Aria is still best girl in the anime though.

Flip Flappers
In which Cocona and Papika have their honeymoon on a deserted island (lol). Still the best yuri pairing of 2016.

Well...that just escalated quickly, knew that odd evul kid wouldn't be killed that easily. Enjoyable, but I wouldn't consider anything beyond Ep 5 as being on par with what Ange Vierge delivered; possibly placing Regalia at 3rd place for my AoTY list later.

I only read the manga out of absolute thirst, and just wanted to share that [ironic] yuri stuff happened, somewhere this season, even if it isn't plot-wise substantial, nor the kind of plot you'd want to see it from

This is the artstyle though. It's wrong to say their art sucks because someone doesn't like the moe artstyle in general.
And to be honest, I don't even find it moe. I don't like moe either, but I do't think it's more moe than your typical anime about underage girls/boys.
The stories that are about highschool girls have to be a bit moe anyway. They can''t just draw 15 yos looking all mature.

also, how flashy it will look depends on the budget... hopefully the bunch of Cool's works that have gotten adapted have shown promise to make something with more money pumped into it. cuz they have been fairly... below average, production-wise.
