ummmm...... genitalia in general is weirdly shaped regardless of gender.

The vaginas don't even look all that off-model, just that the sheer amount of fluid around them overcomplicates the linework. So you get stuff like panel 2 where it's difficult to tell where the labia end because the fluid obscures it.
