I stumbled across it looking for some information on a manga. After stumbling across it quite a few more times after that for the same reasons I decided to have a more proper look around then eventually made an account.

After getting tired of trying and failing to find more yuri on a certain awful site (not proud of it), I decided to follow those links on the credits pages I always ignored previously. After reading almost everything on the site, I decided to register and then descended even further into gay hell.

I watched the Sasameki Koto anime and went on a quest for the manga, because I needed some closure.

I ended up here. And read almost everything else in the following weeks.

And I liked the reader, because it was so much better than the other craps out there. Plus the comment section is lively to say the least.

So here I am.

After giving a shot to the typically recommended yuri anime, none of which gripped me, I stumbled upon the Kanamemo anime, which delivered what appealed to me and I did not know before: a yuri couple being a couple... Wanted more of it, searched for the manga and then scanlator's page, then I ended reading it here.

Noticed that there was tons of yuri on this site (other sites did not even have half of whats here) and decided to look for more yuri that appealed to me on the Yuri tag... and read everything there...

I was really obsessed during those days... well, I still sorta am cuz I've been in the infinite dark depths of exhentai multiple times looking at anything tagged yuri over and over and.. over and over... I need help

As for myself, I think I found this back before I actually started liking/was interested in yuri, and I stumbled upon the site by chance while looking for some manga sites to read. Needless to say, Dynasty was the site that got me hooked on yuri...

I found it in 2009, I discovered the wonders of yuri which had taken me to Lililicious, then I started to search for more yuri and I found about Touhou, thanks to my new obssession with Touhou I found Wings of Yuri where I found this reader, I remember Sasameki Koto was still between chapter 10 and 15 and I would come here all the time to see any new yuri translated, and from here I found other sites.

And thinking better maybe I found in 2008, all I remember is that when I found it Sasameki Koto had just started or started some time after I found Dynasty, but at the time I was more obssessed with Touhou, so I didn't understand the wonders I was downloading from Lililiciois, Wing of Yuri and Dynasty, only some months later maybe in the end of 2008 or in 2009, when Sasameki Koto had more chapters, that my eyes truly opened and I finally undertood that yuri was my real passion not Touhou.

When I first expressed interest in yuri manga, I just searched for just random recommendations from a number of different sites. I then just searched for those manga online and used whatever reader came up. Obviously, Dynasty came up several times but I didn't always use it, if I did I would just read the manga and leave. Eventually, I was curious what Dynasty actually was, considering it had so much yuri. I discovered it was pretty much all yuri and I had really no need to go somewhere else or even look for recommendations as I could just scroll through the database and read just about everything, which I did and still do.

Someone posted a link on an anime telnet BBS.

Before I knew yuri, or online scanlations, existed, I came across First Love Sisters vol. 1 in the bookstore. Of course I bought it instantly; then vol. 2 never came out. Years later I discovered fan scanlations and thought "Maybe I can find the rest of First Love Sisters." I could, and a whole lot more yuri besides, too much for me deal with. So looking around I found a recommendation for Girl Friends which immediately became my new favorite. Picking and choosing I found Hanjuku Joshi and Sighs, Kisses and Cherry Blossom Pink. Notice a pattern? Three of them were done by Lililicious and they did extras for the forth. I eventually followed the credit page links to Lililicious, where I became hooked on everything Yuri Hime. They said Dynasty had done some of Yuri Hime and much of Yuri Hime S, so I came here to try to get more of it, and also more of Tsubomi and Hirari. And the rest, as they say, is history.

While I love Yuri, I have not read all the yuri on this site and I never will. There's a reason why I was slow and picky when I first found online yuri. I love stories that show the love and relationships between lesbian girls. (I'm one of them myself.) And yes, of course I want to see them become physically involved with each other. But if the story feels like nothing but porn, it pushes me away, and the cruder it is, the faster I run. Of course if I can feel the love in the story, the porn doesn't bother me so much, and if it's presented without crudity as well, it doesn't bother me at all.
