how is it possible? the milk? I... I think you're just thinking too hard about it.
I mean, they live in a world with magic, the last thing I'm going to question is milk coming out of breasts.
Fun fact: humans can lactate without being pregnant, it has to do with hormone releases, not the pregnancy itself, the pregnancy is just the main trigger for said hormones to be produced in larger quantities, but if you have a hormone imbalance, which can be caused by a disease or induced by actual pharmaceuticals, you can lactate without a pregnancy.

^ I knew there were some rare cases where that could happen but it doesn't happen much plus it happens to fully developed females mainly older women, so like a 12 year old wouldn't be able to even do it if it is a "possibility" (because that doesn't happen much unless you're pregnant.)
