I think for me I just have a hard time seeing Suika in a romantic relationship with anyone, and all the interactions I've seen people do with these two have been of the "non-incestuous sister/buds" sort which seems to really work.

I can't tell if Eri is being a tease or just oblivious.

Totally agree, Suika doesn't give me the impression of potentially being romantically attracted to Yuugi, or anyone for that matter.
