Nope! As far as I know it is original. (Though Haru is a fan of Citrus, so it's possibly influenced by that.)

My first reaction is this is Yuzu x Mei so i was happy until i saw it is original hahaha. Anyway, this art for me feels like it would be part of the next Citrus chapter XD
