I saw a sample or something of this a while back and have been wanting to read all of it for a while now. Woohoo! That was kinda complicated wasn't it? Rin always getting what Len wants.

I got more a "What Rin wants, Rin gets. And pity anyone or anything in the way." This Rin feels manipulative and calculating, and maybe a little too... 'focused' on Miku. I wonder how she might feel about Len for 'discarding' Miku? Perhaps it was... unforgivable? The torn up picture at the end gives me "Nice Boat" vibes. I like it.

Edit: I had a thought, after I posted this, so I went to check: Rin only blushes once in the whole story: not when she's having sex with Miku, not when Len sees them in bed, nor any time you might expect her to blush but at the very end, when she tells Miku "I love you". All but confirmed for some type of yandere, in my book...

Thank God there wasnt a threesome, it would destroy everything good there was
And everything was good, every page plot and drawing
Though I was taken aback seeing at the end weird talk about making up with Len. Why such a thought even was in her head?

The ending bit takes place before Len breaks up with her and after Rin and her start "practicing".

Though to be honest of the two of them, Len is the most sensible one to go for, cause he's not a psycho manipulative jackass.

I never liked Ren to begin with, he is my least favorite Vocaloid next to Kaito. I'm also not a fan of MikuxRin...but I have to say this was pretty fun reading.

Rin was a manipulative little c*nt, but really what girl isn't in high school? Though, Miku was pretty stupid not see through Rin's "practice"..

Manipulative or no, the impression throughout is that Miku really isn't that into Len romantically or sexually in the first place, and is mainly with him due to a sense of obligation since she likes him as a friend. For her part, Ren doesn't do anything at all until Miku reveals that the relationship has problems.

Len himself comes off as a bit of a jerk in his sex scene too, so that doesn't really help. I doubt it's a relationship that would have lasted even without Ren's involvement.

Well, what's the most sensible choice?

There's the girl who never did anything that you didn't okay first, never got angry, and whose entire stint of manipulation involved her lying about being supportive, convincing you to "practice" with her, and having a good poker face.

And then there's the guy who gets annoyed when you tell him to stop kissing you, angry and accusatory when you tell him that he's hurting you, and doesn't stop when you tell him to, which could probably be considered rape if she felt like calling him on it.

The former seems like a reasonable girl who is capable of keeping calm and /might/ turn into a yandere of some degree, which, depending on just how yandere she might go, could be anything from a pretty healthy relationship to her being incredibly possessive of her girlfriend. The latter seems like an abusive boyfriend or, at least, the beginnings of an abusive boyfriend, which is always unhealthy.

"Even though I've been supporting you all this time"...Rin is a sociopath. Her characterization was excellent, and does a decent job of leaving open the door for a bit of interpretation.

Given how things went down, I really wouldn't be too concerned with their future together. Rin may be completely insane, but her relationship with Miku was much more about what Miku wanted than Rin getting what she wanted. While this certainly has issues of its own, it doesn't come across as being yandere-ish at all.

You may not have gone out with any actual sociopaths, but that behaviour is definitely NOT consistent with sociopaths. Sociopaths are 100% about what benefits them, not what their partners want, although they're good at charming people.

Said it half-jokingly, half because that quote totally throws me. Did she really believe she was supporting anyone..? That line makes her sound so much more delusional than she seemed previously (hence my following comment). Sociopath was the wrong word, though I can't say I'm sure I know a single word that conveys my feeling on it.

As for actual sociopaths, I don't really know if it's a matter of going out with one - I live with one!

Well that line (You're talking about page 53 right?) seems like it's kind of the only thing Rin can say. If she comes out and says she wasn't really being supportive all this time and really just wanted to be with Miku, that let's Miku know that everything she and Rin have been doing up to this point was based on an utter lie and that Rin was completely manipulating her the entire time.

I mean, that's very likely the truth, but why the hell would Rin be honest about that since it would probably just ruin her chances with Miku? Rin is just going with the flow (or her master plan) and being consistent in her actions, since doing otherwise comes with such a huge risk and very little reward.

Your statements on how genius a manipulator she was and how she wouldn't tell the truth to Miku for fear of her reacting with (logical) horror at what she's done is failing to convince me of how much better than Len she is.

Maybe it's down to personal tastes then? I personally see someone who is manipulative and clever in an attempt to make her love interest single (in a way that doesn't leave them completely broken or vulnerable) and who never does anything without getting the other person's okay as better than an abusive boyfriend who shouts at you when you ask him to stop because it hurts and then just ignores your consent when bullying you into saying yes doesn't work.

I love how quickly people throw "yandere" at Rin and cast her as the bad guy, yet completely ignore that Miku told Len to stop, which he didn't. That makes him a rapist. Period. He even rubs salt in the wound when Miku asks for a towel to clean up, he responds with "I'm outta here".

They're both fucked up, but what Rin did is more in line of natural human selfishness. Len straight up is a piece of shit.

Atleast Rin actually loved her and cared about how Miku feels and asks her if this and that is okay to do before, after and during she does things to her. Len loves Miku but not caring about how she feels on what he does to her and letting his feelings take over him when things don't go the way he wants it proves that he doesn't deserve her and is a piece of shit. Rin isn't actually the sanest choice but she as much deserves her more.

Definitely Miku, she got fed up and left.
Personally, I don't see Rin as manipulative. It became personal after Len forced himself on Miku and if left as is they would have broken up without Rin coming in.

Yes I think the same. I just only love pairing Miku x Luka . When I read to the part Len saw Miku and Rin on the bed I stop continue reading until now. Really a nightmare here. The only I'm glad that Len not actually do anything to Miku . If it actually happen then I won't read Miku x Luka . Turn out Miku is a bad girl and Yandere appear . I Don't Want that. I hate it.
