Yeah, those boots could use a line or two to indicate toes. Also find it interesting that while the dresses seem pretty distinct while keeping a similar theme, they all look to have pretty much the same staff just in different colours. Well, the heads could be different but really the fact they all have staves of the same dimensions feels too samey. Mix it up a little!

Besides that, the snippet of plot seems like an oldie but a goodie for this sort of thing: Main character tries to do too much or take too much burden upon themselves and learns a very special lesson about relying on their friends. Well that and the girls putting aside petty rivalries to lay the smackdown on whatever villain roughed up their beloved leader-chan.
