^^ this is pretty unnecessarily hostile toward someone just asking for information
^ the question you're asking is really difficult to explain in a single comment, especially in response to a silly image. at the risk of getting warned for off-topic discussion...
sexual orientation (gay, lesbian, etc) typically refers to gender and not sex, these days. there are many reasons for that, especially inclusiveness toward trans people (which is itself a great thing). it does also make sexuality more complicated to discuss sometimes. the closest thing to what you're describing is called a genital preference, so like you could be a lesbian (woman who only loves other women) with a genital preference for vulva. as far as i know there's nothing to clarify secondary sex characteristics. unfortunately a lot of the information online about this is tied up with transphobic and TERF rhetoric, and i'm not knowledgeable enough to give you any good recommendations. genital preference is a pretty complex thing too. you'll see trans people sometimes who will eg be a lesbian with a preference for penis, or a gay man with preference for vulva. it's all wrapped up in a person's own experience of gender and sexuality, so, super individual and nuanced. i hope that clarifies it a little bit? and if i got anything wrong, feel free to correct me :)
