(WEP spoiler) Due to today's Wonder Egg Priority ep10 I came to the same question too, about the label(s) for the relationship in regards to the dissonance between body and mind (either by genderbending magic, or simply being trans). (Personally in my mind I just put it all in the same general box "relationships between 2 humans", but for communications and discussions, I might need a label for it.) When a (cis) straight girl knowingly likes a trans person (anatomically female body, with the mind of a man, or vice versa), the relationship should be labeled het or gay? Or it needs both tags?

^ I read in the spoilers of vol.10 that his chances potentially go down as Baka's father gives her a choice to break off the engagement with him and his role since vol.8 has diminished greatly. I'm guessing the author wanted to go back to all the harem members having a chance. I still think it's either him or Maria.

@TctyaDDK well for the WEP case I would say it was het or could also be put in the bigger queer umbrella? or just leave it as M/F.
as for tags I would guess if fanart of the ship were to appear here it would get the transgender tag rather than the yuri one
